Coveting others' wealth, telling lies, without aura, some people claim they are brahmins.

పుట్టుకకు పంచ శక్తులే కారణము. అందరు శక్తి పుత్రులే ఒకే కులము. బ్రాహ్మణులు తాము వేదవేత్తలమని విర్రవీగుట తగదు

It has been said that pancha-sakti (ఉమ (uma), అంబిక (ambika), గణేశ్వరి(ganEswari), ఈశ్వరి (eeswari), మనోన్మని(manOnmani) are responsible for birth. So all of us are of the same sakti caste. It is unbecoming of brahmins who are egoistic about their knowledge of vedas.

బ్రాహ్మణులకు ప్రవర యున్నది . ఋషుల సంప్రదాయములోని వారు, వారు. అయినను కుల గౌరవములందు విశ్వాసము లేదు. జ్ఞానానుభవము కావలెను . అది యున్ననే వారు పూజ్యులగుదురు

Brahmins have pravara (also known as Gotram or lineage). They are born in the tradition of sages. Despite that they don't respect the honor of their caste. They don't have loyalty. They should experience spiritual knowledge. Then only they are fit for worship.

దేహము బిందు రక్తములవలన ఏర్పడినదను పద్దతి నెరుగక బ్రాహ్మణులు గర్వించినచో మృత్యువు , నరకము తప్ప వేరేమియు కలుగవు

Body is made of bindu blood. If not knowing this brahmins are showing off pride, then death and hell are certain to them.

బ్రాహ్మణులు ప్రబలులై యున్నంతవరకును ఇతర జాతులకు గతులు లేవు. వనములోని కోతి భూపాలనము చేయలేనట్లు ఇతర జాతులు కార్యతంత్రములు నడుపలేరు

For as long as brahmins are dominating, other castes have no hope. Just as a wild monkey cannot rule the forest, other castes cannot run the show (don't know modus operandi).

బ్రాహ్మణులు బ్రహ్మ సంతతివారమని , భక్తులమని, ఋషుల సంప్రదాయముల వారమని పెక్కు విధముల చెప్పుకొందురు . వారు ఉత్తమమగు ఆత్మ విచారము చేసిననే గౌరవింప బడుదురు . లేనిచో గౌరవింపబడరు

Brahmins claim they are the descendants of Lord Brahma, devotees, carry on the traditions of ancient sages, and so on. If they analyze the aatma, then only they deserve respect. Otherwise they are not honorable.

అవివేకులు తాము బ్రహ్మసంతతివారమని చెప్పు కొనుటవలన బ్రహ్మకే గౌరవహాని కలుగుచున్నది . జాతి మాత్రమున బ్రాహ్మణులు గొప్పవారు కారు. బ్రహ్మవేత్త లయినపుడే వారు గౌరవమునకు తగియుందురు

Lord Brahma is becoming dishonorable by the foolish people claiming themselves to be his descendants. Brahmins are not great because of their caste. They deserve respect only after knowing brahmam fully.

గుడులు కట్టించి దేవతలను పూజించు బ్రాహ్మణులను నిందింపనేల? మూర్ఖులు బ్రహ్మమును పొందుట కివి మార్గములని తెలిసికొనవలెను

Why blame brahmins for being priests when people build temples and worship idols?

గురువు లేనిదే విద్య లభింపదు . రాజు లేనిచో రాజ్యము సాగదు . గురువు, విద్య ఈ రెండును లేనివాడు బ్రాహ్మణుడు కాజాలడు

Without guru knowledge cannot be accumulated. Without a king a nation cannot conduct itself. One cannot become a brahmin without a guru and education.

“మేము బ్రాహ్మణులము ; వేదములు చదివితిమి " అని విర్రవీగి , బ్రహ్మము మహిమను తెలిసికొనలేక మూఢు లధోగతి పాలగుదురు . బ్రహ్మము నెరిగినవారి జీవనమే జీవనము

The brahmins who claim pompously they know vedas don't know the miracles of brahmam and are foolish. Those who know about brahmam are the real people.

దైవ సంకల్పము ఊహింపరానిది . ప్రళయకాలమున జనులు ప్రమథులచే నశింపచేయబడిరి. ద్విజులను దేవుని తెలియజాలకపోయిరి .

The ways of Gods are mysterious. When the creation devolved sinful people were decimated by Lord Siva's followers. Even brahmins could not seek refuge in God.

బ్రహ్మ జ్ఞానము లేనివాడు బ్రాహ్మణుడు కానేకాడు . వాడు దిమ్మపై కూర్చున్న బొమ్మ మాత్రమే అగును .

Without the knowledge of the creator (brahma) one cannot be a brahmin. He is like an idol placed on a pedestal for worship.

బ్రాహ్మణుడు సంధ్య వార్చినను , జపము చేసినను , వేదశాస్త్రములను చదివినను బడాయిగానుండి పరము గూర్చి యత్నింపనిచో బ్రాహ్మణుడు కానేకాడు .

A brahmin performing sun worship, meditation and vedic chants, if doesn't think of after-life, then he is not a real brahmin.

గురువు లేనిచో విద్య లభింపదు . రాజు లేనిచో భూపాలనము జరుగదు . గురువు, విద్య- ఈ రెండును లేనిచో బ్రాహ్మణుడు కాడు

Without guru there is no knowledge. Without a king there is no law and order. A person without a guru and knowledge, is not a brahmin.

నామము పెట్టుకున్నచో దాసరి యనవచ్చును . లింగము కట్టుకొన్నచో జంగమనవచ్చును . కాని జందెము వేసికొన్నను జ్ఞానము లేనివానిని బ్రాహ్మణుడని చెప్పరాదు

One wearing a naamam (the upright mark worn on the fore-head by Vaishnavites ) can be called a daasari. One wearing a linga (phallic symbol) can be called a jangama. But one wearing a sacred thread without knowledge is not a brahmin.

ఈ కాలపుద్విజులు పరులధనమున కాశించి , ప్రాణముల కంటె దానములే ఘనములని యెంచుచున్నారు . తేజస్సు లేకున్నను, తామే గొప్పవారమని భ్రాంతి పడుచున్నారు

The brahmins desirous of others' wealth, are saying a donation is more important than praana. They are deluding they are great even despite not having the aura.

పాలు, పెరుగు, వెన్న, పాయసము, నేయి, జున్ను, అన్నియు పాల వికారములే ! అట్లే ఇన్ని వర్ణములుండగా బ్రాహ్మణులే గొప్పయని యెట్లు చెప్పవచ్చును?

Milk, yogurt(curd), butter, ghee, etc. are all various forms of milk. So when there are so many castes, why should brahmins be considered as members of the superior caste?

వీడు బ్రాహ్మణుడు , వీడు భక్తుడు, వీడు యోగి అను నిట్టి భేదములను చూడక యముడు వారివారి పాపములకు తగినట్లు శిక్షించునేగాని, పక్షపాతము చూపడు

The god of death doesn't care whether one is a brahmin or a devotee or a yogi. He will punish them based on their sins without partiality.

ఆత్మశుద్ధి కల బ్రాహ్మణునకు నమస్కరించినచో అతడు దీవించిన మేలగును. లేనివానికి మ్రొక్కిన ప్రయోజనము లేదు

A brahmin with pure aatma deserves to be paid obeisance. If he blesses one, there will be prosperity. There is no use in paying obeisance to a brahmin who is not pure.

అందరివలె తల్లి గర్భమునుండియే పుట్టినను తానుత్తమ కులజుడనని బ్రాహ్మణుడు విర్రవీగుట వింతగా నున్నది

A brahmin claiming to be of highest caste and harboring pride is born to a mother like everyone else.

కాకులు కావుకావుమని కూసినట్లు వేదము చదువు బ్రాహ్మణులు అర్థము తెలియకయే అరచెదరు . వారికి బ్రహ్మమెట్లు తెలియును ?

Brahmins reciting vedas without knowing their meaning are like ravines crowing. How can they know the true nature of the creator?

లోకులు ద్విజులగుటకు పెనుగులాడ నక్కరలేదు. దైవముపై నిజమైన భక్తిగల వారందరును బ్రాహ్మణులే ! బ్రాహ్మణులు సైతము ఉపనయనమునకు ముందు శూద్రులే కదా!

There is no need to struggle to become brahmins. Those who have unwavering devotion for god are all brahmins. Even those born in the brahmin caste are of low-caste until the thread ceremony.

ఆయా జాతులవారు తమతమ జాతుల విద్యలను నేర్చి నేర్పరులగుచున్నారు . బ్రాహ్మణులు తమ జాతికి తగిన బ్రహ్మవిద్యలో కృతార్థులు కాలేకున్నారు

The people in various castes are able to transmit their trade to the offspring. Brahmins are unable to succeed in learning about brahmam.

వర్ణాశ్రమ ధర్మములను కాపాడు బ్రాహ్మణుడు చెడినచో జనులందరును చెడుదురు . కాలగతులు మారినందున యుగ ధర్మములు మారును. కలియుగమున ధర్మము నశించును

When a brahmin who is supposed to protect varna-aashrama dharma (4 castes- brahmin, vysya (traders), kshatriya (warrior), sudra (common)) goes bad, all the people become morally bankrupt. Since the inexorable time has passed from one yuga to another, in the present kali yug dharma has no place.

బ్రాహ్మణులందరు విస్తళ్ళలో భుజింతురుకాన, వారి యెంగిలాకులు వీధులలో ఎక్కువగా కానవచ్చును . వానిని కుక్కలు పీకుచుండును. అది చూచుట కసహ్యముగా నుండును. మాలపల్లెలో ఎక్కడోగాని ఆకులలో తినుటలేదు . కాన ఎంగిలాకులు తక్కువ

Brahmins throw away the leaves from which they eat food on the streets. Stray dogs can be found feeding on them. Such a sight is ugly. In the colony of untouchables people are not eating on leaves. So one can't find them on the streets.

ప్రపంచమంతటిని నడుపుటకు భగవంతుడుండగా బ్రాహ్మణులు తమతోనే యున్నదని పట్టుపట్టి పల్కుట అజ్ఞానమే! వనములోని క్రోతి రాజ్యమును పాలింపగలదా?

When god is ruling the world, brahmins claiming themselves to be running it is foolishness. Can a monkey in the forest rule the kingdom?

వేదములను చదివితిమని బ్రాహ్మణులు గర్వించిన ప్రయోజనమేమి? వాని ఉపయోగమేమి? బ్రహ్మమును తెలిసికొన్నప్పుడే అతనికి బ్రాహ్మణత్వము సిద్ధించును

What is the use when brahmins express pride in studying vedas? What is its utility? When one discovers brahman then he will attain the status of brahmin.

A foolish brahmin after thread ceremony feels proud that his low-caste status has been changed to highest-caste status. At the time of death won't he revert back to lower-caste after removing all signs of Brahmanism on his body?

శివుడే బ్రహ్మమని స్మృతులు చెప్పుచుండగా బ్రాహ్మణులితరదేవతలను ఎందుకు సేవించుచున్నారో తెలియకున్నది. ఇపుడు శివభక్తులు అరుదైపోయిరి

When scripture is saying Lord Siva is brahmam, brahmins are worshiping other gods. The number of devotees of Lord Siva has dwindled.

How can a hermit whose wife has lost her character and moves freely with other men call himself a brahmin after all is lost because of his hesitation?

తాతకు తల్లి , పితామహి , తన తల్లి , అమ్మమ్మ వీరందరును శూద్రులైనపుడు (ఉపనీతులు కానప్పుడు) తాను బ్రాహ్మణు డెట్లగును?

When all of the matriarchy in a person's dynasty haven't had thread ceremonies, how can one be a brahmin?

సుజనుడు కాని విద్వాంసునికంటె చాకలి మేలు , వరమీయని యింటి వేల్పుకన్న గేదె మేలైనట్లు సజ్జనుడుకాని బ్రాహ్మణునికంటె నీచ జాతి బైనీడు మేలు

A low-caste clothes washer is better than a non-virtuous high-caste pundit. A buffalo is better than a demi-god who doesn't offer a boon. Any low-caste person is better than a non-virtuous brahmin.

కొందరు బ్రాహ్మణులు యాగములుచేసి మాంసములు కాల్చి తిని తామే ద్విజులమని గొప్పగా చెప్పుకొందురు . ఇట్టి వారి గొప్పతనమెట్లో తెలియకున్నది

Some brahmins perform rituals and eat meat and brag about their greatness.

ప్రాణమున్నప్పుడే గురూపదేశమును పొందవలెను. ప్రాణమున్నపుడే పరమునకై పాటుపడవలెను. నీవు బ్రాహ్మణుడవని దయతలచి మృత్యుదేవత నిన్ను విడువదు

One has to serve a guru while one is still alive. One has to try hard to attain salvation when he is active. The god of death won't spare even a brahmin.

బ్రాహ్మణుడై పుట్టినందుకు తాను తరించి ఇతరులను తరింపజేయవలెను . లేనిచో వాడున్నను లేకున్నను ఒక్కటే !

When one is born as a brahmin, he should try to attain salvation and help others do the same. One who doesn't follow this could rather die.

నిష్కారణముగ బ్రాహ్మణులను తిట్టుచు , దుఃఖపెట్టు వాడు పరలోకమున మిక్కిలి బాధలు పొందును. అతడెన్నటికిని కడతేరలేడు

One who curses and causes grief to brahmins without a reason or rhyme, will suffer in the nether world. He can never attain salvation.

నాగుపాము , నంబిబ్రాహ్మణుడు , చెవుల పిల్లులు వీనిని చూచిన చేటు కలుగును. ఇవి మంచి శకునములు కావు. కార్యము చెడును . గరుడపక్షిని చూచిన కార్యము సిద్ధించును

These are bad omens: snake, brahmin who worships Lord Vishnua and hare. One gets bad karma because of them. The task he embarks on will be unfinished. When one sees an eagle, one's task will be successful.

బ్రాహ్మణుడు బ్రహ్మము నుపాసింపక పంచాంగము చెప్పుట , పౌరోహిత్యము చేయుట మంచిదికాదు . బ్రాహ్మణుడై యున్న౦దుకు బ్రహ్మమును తెలిసికొనవలెను

A brahmin who doesn't seek brahmam but instead reads the almanac and performs the job of a priest is no good. Being a brahmin one should realize brahmam.

శివునియందు , బ్రాహ్మణులయందు , ప్రభువుల యెడ , నైతిక ధర్మముల యెడల భక్తిలేనివాడు పాపాత్ముడు

A sinner is one who has no devotion for Lord Siva, brahmins, kings, and dharma.

A brahmin who is not deserving despite reading vedas is like a married woman who lusts for a man other than her husband

When one views from the angle of the creator, the brahmin race is like that of lower classes. What is the greatness of brahmins?

ఈశ్వరాజ్ఞచే పంచభూతమయ ప్రపంచము నడుచుచుండుగా విగ్రహముల నేల పూజింపవలెను ? బ్రహ్మయే ప్రపంచమును నడుపుచుండగా బ్రాహ్మణుడెట్లు గొప్పవాడగును ?

When under the command of Lord Siva the creation is operating, why should people worship idols? When the creator is running the world why should the priestly brahmins be considered superior?
